Resume and Cover Letter Workshop

Have you applied for several jobs and not received a response? Are you tired of employer's stating that you do not meet the job requirements? If you have said yes to either of these questions, then you need to attend this workshop! At the workshop, you will learn how to persuade an employer to invite you to an interview by targeting your resume to that particular job. Additionally, a cover letter is a great way to introduce yourself to the employer and tell them how your skills, knowledge, and abilities will benefit their company and meet their company needs. To grab the employers attention, you will learn how to write a basic business letter that's professional, concise and to the point.
Attending this workshop is the first step to receiving guided assistance with creating a resume. Teh next step, if needed, is attending a Resume Lab.
